Hello all you amazing residents!
We just wanted to remind all of you of the Halloween Decorating Contest coming up next week. If you would like to participate, make sure to have all of your decorations up by October 31st, 2019 by 4:30pm. We will be judging all contestants at that time.
First place will receive $100 off Novembers rent!!!
Second place will receive $50 off Novembers rent!!!
We do allow trick or treaters in our complex and we welcome them!!! Please make sure all kids know to only knock/ring doorbells on houses that have their porch lights on.
