Parking

There are a few things about parking we would like to address to all of our residents and their visitors:

1. If you have a new car or a temporary car, please notify the office. We will tow cars that are parked in unnumbered spots that are not registered with our office.

2.Parking in unnumbered spots are for residents only. All visitors must park on the street, or in the residents assigned parking spot. Only 2 cars per unit are allowed in the parking lot at all times.

3. There have been cars parking next to the curb, or next to the "No Parking" zones and this is NOT allowed. If a car is going to be parked in the parking lot, it must be parked in a designated parking spot.

There will be a tow truck driving through our parking lot every day, and any car that is not in a designated parking spot WILL BE TOWED!
